Small but Seasoned: The Heart Behind Morrison Tech

At Morrison Tech, we may be a small college-but don’t let the size fool you. Behind every classroom, lab, and project is a dedicated team of 18 professionals who bring not only expertise, but deep commitment to student success. Fourteen of our staff members have been with Morrison Tech for more than a year. Six are nearing five years of service, three are approaching a decade, one is nearing 20 years, and four have dedicated over 20 years to the college-all led by a President who has brought innovation and guided the college forward in his 30 years at the college, no matter what role he has held. 

With a combined 155 years of experience among our small faculty and staff, we are seasoned in the best way: knowledgeable, trusted, and forward-thinking. Our team isn’t here just to punch a clock-we’re here because we believe in what Morrison Tech stands for: hands-on learning, real-world outcomes, and launching students into careers that matter.

That kind of mission-driven work takes more than degrees and credentials. It takes heart. It takes people who show up early, stay late, and remember your name long after graduation.
