Official and Unofficial Transcripts

Morrison Institute of Technology will not: (1. Refuse to provide an unofficial transcript on the grounds that the current or former student owes a debt; (2. Condition the provision of an unofficial transcript on the payment of debt (other than a fee charged to provide the transcript); (3. Charge a higher fee for obtaining an unofficial transcript, (4. Provide less favorable treatment of a request for an unofficial transcript because a current or former student owes a debt to the college. 

If a hold has been placed on a student’s transcript for reasons other than a debt owed to the college, the student must contact the appropriate department to resolve the hold.
