Morrison Tech Sees Enrollment Increase, Reflecting Growing Demand for Practical Tech Education

The 2024 school year has officially started at Morrison Tech and the College is pleased to share a 31% increase in enrollment from the prior academic year.  This increase may represent more students recognizing the value of two-year technical colleges and a condensed education. Technical colleges are often an attractive option due to their high average starting salaries and strong placement rates, both of which can offer a clear path to a stable and well-paying career. Morrison Tech graduates have, on average, a starting salary of $55k and the college boasts a 97% career placement rate. 

This year’s increase in enrollment may also indicate that more prospective students are prioritizing practical, career-oriented education that provides a solid return on investment.  Employers often seek out Morrison Tech graduates because the hands-on, practical education they receive equips them with job-ready skills that are highly valued in the workforce. Unlike traditional academic programs that may focus more on theoretical knowledge, Morrison Tech emphasizes real-world experience and applied learning. This approach ensures that graduates are not only familiar with the latest technologies and industry practices but also have practical experience in solving real-world problems.
