With the growth of the college along comes the growth of employees.  “I am pleased to announce that Morrison Tech has added 4 Instructors and 3 staff members to the college.” said Christ Scott, President.

Two instructors have been added to the Engineering Technology Department:

Kyle Bess will instruct the high school dual credit courses.  Morrison Tech offers area high schoolers the opportunity to participate in a dual credit program.  The student is able to take 4 semesters of engineering technology courses that will transfer into the college if they choose to apply.  

Prophetstown, Erie Fulton, Morrison and Rock Falls school districts are eligible to participate in the dual credit program. 

Kyle comes to us via the Geneseo School District

Gene Farach, P.E. will be teaching courses within the Construction Technology curriculum.  Mr. Farach brings with him 42 years as a practicing Structural Engineer. Along with his strong experience as an Engineer he has been a mentor, business owner, contractor, marketer and even the Mayor of the City of Longwood, Florida.Gene has been actively working in industry.

Dr Robert Anderson will be joining the Network Administration program.  He will be responsible for instructing all networking courses for the incoming students.  Previously Robert taught at Austin Peay State University in Clarksville, TN.  

Tim Gleason is an addition to the General Education courses. Tim  will be instructing writing and speech courses in the General Studies Department  He has Instructed at the college level for more than 15 years, most recently at Colorado Technical University

 

Other personnel and support staff have been revised and added.  The Admissions Department has added; Steve Shovlain and Dan Robinson as Admissions Representatives.  David King has joined the college as the Registrar.
