Do you have an idea or project you would like to work on that doesn't fit into a class? Maker Club gives all students, regardless of their major, a place to work on anything they can dream up. With access to the prototype lab and help from instructors and other students anything is possible!
The Maker Club also holds competitions throughout the year where students are challenged to design and build a project and compete for prizes.
3D Print Something!
We have several different 3D printing technologies available and have many different materials to choose from. With these options we should be able to find the optimal process and material for your project.
Cut Out Your Parts
Whether it's 2D or 3D CNC cutting we have you covered! With a CNC router table and a mini mill we have the equipment necessary to cut designs from a variety of materials.
Make it out of Metal
Cast something out of aluminum or use our coal forge to shape a project using steel.
If you like robots, we have several ways you can get some hands on time with robotics. We have competition kits from VEX and First Robotics along with robotic arms that were built in our prototype lab.
