Network Administration defines the job of the network administrator. They are tasked to design, setup, troubleshoot and support all of the computer networks for all organizations that depend on their computer infrastructure. 

In addition they train and support system users, install hardware and software, troubleshoot user problems, while they maintain and monitor usage and performance. In addition, they monitor and maintain network security keeping ahead of the ever changing needs of their employer so they can recommend timely upgrades to meet demands on the network in the future..  

This program provides instruction in such areas as: Basic computer operations, Computer hardware, operating systems, troubleshooting, Internet fundamentals, LAN based network and equipment and design and WAN fundamentals.

Supporting courses provide instruction in communication. In many fields the communication of ideas and ability to support your recommendations for users and employers can be a critical component of success in your future.
